Can anybody suggest me a low supply voltage demodulator or voltage multiplier IC.
I can give maximum 3.5 volts.
Is there any IC available in market that can operate below 3.5 volts.
I didn't find any on google, so please help me.

A simple charge-pump doubler may suit your purpose.

The pulse train at left can come from anything you choose. Even a 555 IC might operate satisfactorily at 3.5V.
