Considering IR2110 undervoltage-lockout, the absolute lower bound for Vmin would be the highest VBSUV- value from the datasheet (9.4 V). You may require a higher Vbs voltage in your application for sufficient MOSFET gate drive.
Qgs is read from the MOSFET datasheet (Qgs,tot at the actual gate drive level and bus voltage).
