hi,
i have purchased one gsm module with sim 900A, power supply section, uart, antenna, sim card holder etc.

when i connect power supply to module, my newtwork led is blinking. and i can make a call to this number.that means sim 900a is working. but when i connect it to PC via hyperterminal, there is no response. even i can not type on hyperterminal.
in board, level converter section is ok. when i connect sim 300 to hyperterminal of PC via level converter, it is working. but when i connect sim 900, nothing is displayed on PC.

then how can i test that module? nothing is displayed on hyperterminal.

The only thing I can think of is that autobaud is enabled, you need to first send "AT" to the module, note the upper-case, in order to have the module accept your baudrate.
After that you can configure a fixed baudrate with AT+IPR=<baud>
Also check that you terminate your commands with /r/n, or the module will not reply
