Downrev_library_allegro

I have Library created in 16.6 i want to down convert it to 16.3 is there any command for this?
Let me know.i tried with above mentioned it's not working on 16.6.

Hi,
if you have more footrpint to conver follow these steps
1.open new board file assign the library path (setup-->user preference,select path in left side folder and select library once click on library pad path and psm path will show.assign the library location in pad and psm path)
2.choose place manually then select advanced settings enable the library
3.In placement list tab select package symbol,choose all the symbols,place it one by one
4.File-->export-->downrev design after that file-->export-->libraries
