Divide by 3 with 7492?
Divide by 2 with 7492?
Divide by 4 with 7492?

The 74LS92 is a divide by 12, refer this image for options.

The 7492 can easily be wired to divide by 7, 9, 12. (We cannot expect it to divide by 16.)

Also the 7490 (divide-by-10). Simple circuits divide by 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.

The 7493 can divide by 16.
