[PIC] Can not connect pickit3 and DSPic33EP256GP502

Hi all.

I got PIckit3 and DSPic33EP256GP502. Pickit3 is working ok. I connected him with 16F887 with out problem.

When I try to connect I DSPIC33EP I get warning '' connect Vcap ". Vcap is connected good. It is 10uF tantalum.
I used same on DSPic33FJMC204 and mikroelektronika programer and every thing worked fine.

Between Vdd and Vss pins I have 100nF ceramic.
I power controller with 3.3V but no result.
Wiring is good also.

Does anybody have any ideas?
Lines between Pickit3 connector and DSPIC pins are 35mm long ( PGC1 AND PGD1).
I tried to place 4.7K and 50K resistor between Vdd and MCLR but no result.
