Can anybody advise some ICs for 5.8GHz receiver application?
ETC application works at 5.8GHz ISM band,I'm looking for some ICs for it including PLL/VCO and IQ demodulator.My design is just an OBU DEMO and the receiver frequency is 5.78~5.82GHz. I can find some similar parts at ADI's website,for example ADL5380 is good which is a 5.8G IQ demodulator and some PLLs with or without VCO integrated inside.
Is there any full integrated parts like demodulator integrated with PLL/VCO for 5.8GHz band? Otherwise, if you have some suitable matual applications, please kindly advise, thanks a lot! :razz::razz:
