When troubleshooting TV's and Arcade monitors where do I put my oscilloscope ground onto? Do I use the isolation transformers ground , the monitors chassis ground or the

The isolation transformer is for the monitor

But there is also a line transformer.

TV repair technicians don't use the Oscilloscopes safety ground on the AC plug when probing the monitors circuit board because of the high voltages are Kvolts. So I'm confused on which ground do I use?

Is it Ok to Probe with the Oscilloscope on these circuits without getting hurt or damaging because of the grounding issues?
1.) Horizontal circuit to measure the waveform and voltage of the horizontal oscillator and horizontal output transistor
2.) Vertical Circuit which to measure the waveform and voltage of the vertical oscillator and vertical output transistor
3.) Checking all of the voltages on the CRT socket
4.) Horizontal Yoke
5.) Vertical Yoke
6.) Measure the ANODE of the picture tube
7.) measure the voltage of the flyback transformer

TV schematics call resistors dropping resistors, what are dropping resistors and what are isolation resistors?

They have theses peaking coils, what are these peaking coils used for? what are everywhere on TV schematics
