Regarding Internal and External GSM Antenna Switching

Hi All.

My want to add GSM Internal and external Antenna switching in my project. I'll use GSM Module with Antenova A10340 Internal Chip Antenna and External SMA Antenna connector. I want to implement a circuit so user can choose either internal or external antenna option.

Can anyone advise how to achieve that?
