demodulator using 565

In the pin diagram of ic 565 there is a pin called "demodulated output".
Will this pin really give a demodulated output directly when an FM signal is fed to the ic?
 

pin no 7 is the demodulated signal o/p.
if 565 is connected with proper pll setup , you will get the reqd output.
