Problem with CST studio suit

I have a problem with CST studio suit sofware. When I want to set parameters, the value of parameter must be integer, if not , the software is unable to evaluate the value when i draw a geometry and retunrs an error. The version is 2014. I installed the version 2015 but didn't help to fix problem. I tried using windows compatibility settings (since I use windows 8.1) but this also couldn't be useful. Please help me.
 

How you wrote the numbers, with comma or dot?
