Want to know how the gerber data will be generated

Hi Sir/Madam,

I completed my pcb design in orcad but i don't know how to generate the gerber data for that. Till now i have not genarate the gerber data.Can u please help me in generating the gerber data.And please guide in doing that.
 

What does the help say about doing it?

have you googled for ORCAD training? ISTR that there is plenty out there.
