Hi

There is more detailed explanations telling about flicker Noise and It is inversely proportional to frequency.

And they described about the reasons of flicker Noise. They are talking about crystal defects and DC current and recombination process also they are talking about memory of a circuit that is charge trapping in the semiconductor material.

But how it is produced in a circuit? And why it is inversely proportional to frequency..?

What makes it to become inversely proportional to frequency?

Can anyone please clarify it?

Thanks..
