Why was edaboard redesigned?

Hello. I recently logged into edaboard.com today only to find out that it has been completely redesigned. I initially thaught i mistakenly logged into ETO but i was wrong. Why would the administrator completely ditch the old interface for this horrible new one? All the tabs and info such as PM, help me,level,related topic etc are all gone. IMHO, this site is now horrible and very dry. It's very very sad and i hope the admins revert to the old design or at least incorporate some of the old function into the new design soonest. Thank you
 

It always shows page not found when clicking on the full site tab.
 

It's strange, I cleaned cookies in my android phone and enter again to edaboard. Clicking in full site and it works fine.
