Currently, I'm doing my project in 90nm Synopsys cell library.
Is there any way to get 180nm design library from Synopsys? I have access to Synopsys Solvnet portal.

You cannot get it from solvnet. You organization needs to have the libraries..

In my university only 90nm is available.
But I need 130nm,180nm and 250nm for my project work.

Well then ask your university to get them for you. They might already have them in some old database. Or they need to contact Synopsys for the same..
