Software/complier enquiry

It's C code... for Atmel Micro controllers... download Atmel Code Studio 6 (for windows - it's free but big dl). Or there is the Linux AVR complier toolchain for Linux. Obviously you'll have to run it on the Atmel embedded system shown... don't know how well you could emulate it - there are plenty of dev kits around though!
