What's the problem ?
The device uses I2C for communication...

Are you expecting forum members to do the work you are supposed to do? That is not what this forum is about.

Here go use the Opencores i2c
 

The suggestion sounds reasonable to me. Reviewing I2C projects at Opencores can surely help you to write your own I2C code. A realistic alternative is to write the code from the scratch, using the I2C specification as reference. Even if you finally decide to copy existing I2C IP, it's a good way to pick up the basic concept.

And it will also give you an extra perspective on how to write technical documentation. ;-)
 

The better option is to attempt and if get struggled ask for the solution. Asking to write the complete code doesn't seems to fair.
