problem in viewing message panel in altium

hi
I have problem in bringing up message panel in altium.
when I click on system->message noting happened and message panel is not displayed.
I also reset workspace view to its default, but the problem is not solved.
 

This sort of issues appear to happen quite regularly from AD 13 and up. On my system, a part of the Library panel sometimes goes missing for some unexplainable reason. Resetting the workspace doesn't work, but closing all projects and restarting Altium usually does.
 

I have the same problem with "sch library", but after setting "desktop view" to default, I can see that panel.
but unfortunately this way doesn't work for message panel.
also closing all open projects and restarting altium , doesn't work too.
