I'm searching for any available program to prototype a 14nm ASIC on MPW. Anyone can help?
P.S. It's for a research institute collaborating with a commercial design house.
 

you will not find anything without money....you have to talk to the "commercial design" house for the inputs you need.....

Yes .. there are cheap MPWs for 14nm .. and I'm searching for the best offer .. if you get not to know that, you can have a look at Europractice program ..

Yep, I know Europractice. They don't list any 14nm MPWs though.

There aren't exactly many choices for 14nm...

There are only 2 vendors: TSMC and GF, you can get prices via AnySilicon.com
