Samsung TV Is not working correctly

Hi

I have changed the fan in my Samsung LCD and it works. The TV doesn't get overheated and doesn't turn off as it did before. Problem is that the message "check fan nr 1" still shows up on the screen. It shows up and stays on for a couple of seconds, then it dissapears and then it shows up again after some time. Anyone who knows why this could be?
