hi,

we are implementing the IEEE paper of ANALOG IMPLEMENTATION OF A SIGMOIDAL FUNCTION USING CMOS IN 90nm TECHNOLOGY .here they are making use of 90 nm. but we are trying in 180 nm in cadence .we could able to finish 25 percent of work but choosing w/l ratio is challenging part
pls can some body help us..

A bit more info would be helpful: show what you already have achieved, and describe exactly where or what for you need help!

W/L ratios not only depend on process size, but also on the transistor models used. 180 nm cadence isn't enough, you should also tell which PDK you are using.

Sir ,
In our college there is no availability of any other software other than cadence 180 nm
so we are working in that
here in that paper they have used 0.2 micro meter length and they have used different width for different transistors
sir how can I attach that paper ...so that I can clearly explain

hi,
how to attach a file so that I can explain clearly
can some body give suggestion please

See This also works for PDF files.

So sorry, the tutorial link is still in development in a closed-off section.

There is the 'Manage Attachments' button, which opens your own area where you can store a collection of files. These can include images, txt, zip, pdf's, etc.

It has options to upload your files, then add them when you compose a message.

There are two other methods to insert images into a post:
(a) Add an Image, and (b) the Insert Image icon.
