[General] How to Interface the IC ADE7754/7758 to a MCU (any) without any Evaluation Board ?

Hi Everyone

I'm trying to read or get the data for the AC mains (3-phase) and Transmit using Wireless Radio signal and i'm unable to take the first step to do this !
How do i Interface an IC like 7754/7758 to a micro controller and program it and then do all kinds of processing with the data i obtain for the IC and the Micro-controller please Help me with The Project I'm trying to do with out an Evaluation board which cost 2000-3000 USD.

Please Someone Kindly Help me !

The evaluation board has a list price of 253 USD, by the way. But of course you can connect the energy measurement chips without it. All you need is a SPI interface. It's available as dedicated hardware interface with most processors, but can be also implemented in software for processors like 8051.
