bit rate for fsk qpsk and qam for various amplitudes

A signal has a bit rate of 20 kb/s. Find the baud rate if the signal is transmitted using:
a. FSK with two frequencies
b. QPSK with four phase angles
c. QAM with four phase angles and four amplitudes
