help wanted for tusb3410

hi,
i want help regarding tusb3410.i am new to to usb design . So please let me know how can i write application firmware.and how can i download firmware from pc in irda mode.i am not planning to use eeprom.
please give me your advice regarding to my request.

You can use the "Application loader" driver from TI, it's really easy to use, just put your binary file in windows\system32\drivers directory and plug your usb-unit in.

Application firmware can be written in Keil. Use the headerfile provided in the keyboard example from TI.

What do you mean with irda, you want to program the tusb3410 using infrared communication before plugging it in? This is not possible since there will be no firmware in the tusb3410 accepting your irda data... sounds strange to me.

The TUSB3410 is not programmable in general sense, the program code can be downloaded to the chip via USB or the IIC memory. The chip has onboard ROM which is programmed by a firmware download code from TI, the TI guys provide the source code for that bootloader.
