Hello Everybody,

While I am tryin to implement a design in PlanAhead 14.7 I receive the following error in MAP process. I do not know why do I see that. Can anyone help me to solve it??

[Pack 1105] A collection of symbols which have restrictive placement or routing requirements exceeds the size of the range associated with the area group. This will cause placement problems. The collection is:
The RPM "RO1/hset". Relationally Placed Macros (RPMs) have a predetermined physical shape.
The collection is 30 slices tall by 60 slices wide. The area group is:
"pblock_RO1" (SLICE_X2Y15:SLICE_X49Y43)

Thanks and Regards,

You have defined a specific area on the die, and tried to stuff more into it than actually fits.

"pblock_RO1" (SLICE_X2Y15:SLICE_X49Y43)
49-2+1=48
43-15+1=29
So you're trying to stuff a 30x60 RPM into a 29x48 slice region.
Didn't you look at the stats of that pblock when you created it?
