LVS mismatch of cpoly in AMS 0.35um

Dear all,

I have a LVS mismatch in cpoly when using Calibre in AMS 0.35um. Please advice how to solve it correctly!

My setting:
AMS 0.35um, HitKit 4.10 ,IC615, Use Calibre for LVS

Problem is:
LVS mismatch with missing property p & a in cpoly

My investigation is:
Netlist generated form sch: C1 OUT net13 $[CPOLYA] 4.7e-9
Netlist generated from lay: C1 OUT 8 $[cpolya] $A=4662 $P=453.7 $X=19100 $Y1600 $D=35

The reason is the netlist generated from sch is missing perimeter value. After adding the area & perimeter value in sch netlist manually, probelm can be solved.

But how is the correct way to solve this problem? Any Hitkit / software setting missed?

Hi,

Have you changed any property in layout editor, such guard rings, contact, etc... after importing devices ?

I will try to reproduce your case, but not before tuesday...
 

I did not change anything!
I also have the same problem when I using OPA example which is provided by AMS HitKit to run Calibre LVS.
