i want to send data from fpga de2-70 kit to usb flash drive. i do not know how to start can you please help me

All DE2 software examples are accessing the USB host controller through NIOS soft processor as far as I'm aware of. That's reasonable because a large software overhead is involved with accessing an USB mass storage device.

It's not impossible to operate the host controller and mass storage device protocol in generic HDL code, but surely a demanding project. I would think twice before starting it.

if i want to start such thing where should i start first. thanks alot

If you intend to design a USB controller yourself, a good place to start will be this short document:

As FvM suggested using a soft processor is easier.
