[SOLVED] Scrolling display with LED matrix

Hi,
I have designed a 8 digit LED scrolling matrix display (8x8 LED matrix display). But my led glowing intensity is low. Suggest me some solutions for this.
 

If you are the led using common emitter , reduce the resister value..

Post your schematic..
 

If you are scanning through columns then the higher the columns the lower the light intensity. But if you are scanning through rows then increase the time for scanning each rows. Upload your schematics if not software Fault
