The gray squares at the pins of PORTB, C, D, E show that the port pins are not configured as digital output pins. Set TRISx for these ports properly. Also disable ADC or other multiplexed functions on these ports.
 
what about the quartz I have a problem with it too

Are you testing in breadboard ? What problem you have with quartz ? Which Compiler are you using ? Zip and post the complete project files and Proteus file.
 

You have attached only the .mcppi file of mikroC PRO PIC and it is of no use to me. I need the .c file. So, zip and post the complete mikroC Project files.
