Hello All

I have done many interactions with the PIC,AVR, and even 8051 MCU's
Now i wish to work on ARM and have done some hands on on LPC2148 also,

But I wanted to know that which Series should i choose that has OS environment ?

Move to Cortex-M Series, you can select any one from STM32, FreeScale, NXP and others.
I am using LPC1343 which is a cortex m-3 core.

For RTOS there are numerous choices.
RTX
mBED
FreeRTOS
CoOS
and lots of other, search it out.

Sorry for my late reply
the RTOS which you have mentioned are open source ?
and if not which gives maximum in their FREE VERSION?

Freertos is free even coos is also free.
I don't have much knowledge of rtos and just started using them.
I used coos in coide and was able to create two task easily.
When it comes to freertos i had listened it is a good rtos but i am not able to create a new project with it.

Thanks for the reply yeah I have also heard about coos, will try to impliment
