Hi. I'm working with ADS and I am trying to design a Low Noise Amplifier. Transistor model that I'm using is the following:
After the download of the file "ADS-Model ATF (...)" and unarchive it with ADS, I don't know to do use the model. I assume that I need to "load" the model somehow to ADS library, but I don't understand why.
Can someone help me?

Cheers.

You don't have to load any model.
The file which you downloaded from Avago's website will create a project file under your ADS user directory ( by default ). If you open this project in ADS you will see a reference schematic and its associated symbol.( If there isn't a symbol, create a proper one ). Then you can use this schematic and his representing symbol in a different schematic page ( your design ) with peripheral elements.
