[moved] installation error while installing ads 2009

hi,

i am trying to install ads 2009 in my lap having windows 7 professional os. each time i open ads it is showing an error message as follows : " The ADS tool has failed to run: please verify that you are licensed to run this program. Also, verify that the install directory is available."
Please help me out. I need to finish a project within Thursday. Thanks in advance.
 

yes i have a valid license when i downloaded the advanced design system 2009 from the web. i installed the same ADS file in my PC which has the same OS. and it is working there. But not in my laptop. i dont know what version. how do i check that out?

License files are targeted for a single PC or hardware key. They will not work on other hardware. So if ADS is running on one PC then that is the PC where the license will work and not any other.

The version is stored in each INCREMENT line in the license file just before the date.
