Hi

I am using ISES for creating a PBC. I have few question:

1. What If I don't have a component in the library and I want to create the PCB?
2. Can you suggest guidance/resources/book about PBC?

Thanks

Before you can make a PCB, you need a physical representation of each component, i.e. a footprint. If the footprint of your component doesn't exist in the library (because it's too old or too recent) then you'll have to design the footprint yourself.

Most datasheets provide not only dimensions of the physical device, but also give dimensions for the recommended footprint.

i use proteous and pxb express for designing, proteous has the pcb designing as well as it has the simulation also..

For simple 2-layers PCBs Proteus is a best tool that can let you trace and prepare for production in 2-3 hours.
If you want to work with differential pairs, parallel busses you better use Altium Designer. But it need very powerfull PC also.

hello easy rider, what method you prefer to make a pcb???? photo resist method or heat transfer??

I prefer to order PCB manufacture. Even for 10pcs it is much easier. Let's say 5x5cm 2 layers board cost only 10$ for 10pcs and 3$ for shipping. PCB has 6th accuracy, resist and silk layer.
