Ineed help in PSPICE SOFTWARE. I want to simulate a circuit using 0.25um and 180nm from where can I get the libraries and how can I include it in Pspice? Can anyone help me.

Mos model in deep submicron region is basically a Berkeley BSIM4 implementation.
You would need to use LEVEL=7 in Pspice for BSIM4.
Choose MbreakN, MbreakP from breakout.olb.
L,W etc can be provided on instance parameters.
For level , Do RMB-> Edit Pspice Model, insert the keyword - LEVEL=7

Thankyou for your reply. I didnt get your point here

I am trying to replicate the results provided in a research article but i CANNOT GET THE SAME RESULTS.

I have used MbreakP and MbreakN and changed its W/L ratios but still I am not getiing the same results. Th research paper has used 0.25um technology in their circuit. I think I am not including the lirarries of 0.25um technology may b?

When you select MbreakN and do right mouse -> Edit Pspice Model, this opens up model editor with following text -
.model Mbreakn NMOS
Modify the text as below -
.model Mbreakn NMOS LEVEL=7
Save the file and close model editor.
Now your MOS model would be valid for deep sub-micron level.

I want to know if i have saved the model once then how can i use the same transistor (NMOS/PMOS) again. beacuse the model is available in the model editor not in the library for each nmos transistor do i have to copy paste the paramters again and again.. How and from where to get 0.18um technology?

Once you save the model, it is auto configured for the existing project. You can just copy-paste the instances and change instance parameters like - W, L etc. The model would be valid for all instances in the same project.

Thank you for your help. I want to get the TSMC 0.35um, 0.25um and 0.18um CMOS technology files. but I cannot find it on www.tsmc.com. Can anyone tell me the steps to reach to the technology files. There are so many files in 0.35um technology which file do I have to use. ? I am using PSPICE to simulate a circuit. I have take mbreakn and mbreakp transistor and then in model editor I copy pasted a tsmc 0.35um parameter which I found somewhere on internet and tried to run the circuit but it is giving error of convergence problem. I think there is something wrong while using the 0.35um technology in PSPICE
