Dear all,

I've been looking for different options to solve this ancient problem I had. I focus on high-speed (~50MHz) photoreceiver design (including opamp and discrete element topologies) and I've encountered problems due to the discrepancy between the spice/circuit theory estimations and the real results.

Due to that, and thanks to the fact I can use a relatively good budget, I've been looking for a RF-EM simulation software in which I can use my designs and see the real (or closer to reality) performance.

I have several options like Keysight Genesys, COMSOL RF or something from Cadence, but it's quite difficult to tell whether these guys can accomplish exactly that (include complex models of my lumped elements and PCB characteristics and then obtain a frequency analysis).

Does anyone here have some experience with some of these softwares?

Thanks in advance
