1)please any body will be able to help to find out STA2080 mp3 decoder circuit/datasheet?
2)please try to help me to design mp3 decoder with atmega micro controllers only without using any extra mp3 decoder chip.
 

ARe you 100% sure that the chip name is "STA2080" ???

Or is it actually something else like "STA-2080" ?
Getting the name correct when searching is important.
Also who makes it? Does it actualy exist?

What have your own search shown?

The STA2080 is a receiver by Realistic.

exact component name is STA2080AC. it is Chinese mp3 decoder chip.
no where i found datasheet.
Just check below link it is available for purchasing but datasheet not able to find out.

Can you determine the manufacturer of the chip?
I found a picture of it - but the quality is too low to clearly read it. Maybe someone recognizes the logo:
