Could you please give more details on the virtual communication, that you have seen, in the business centre ?
It could mean internet/telephonic communication/satellite communication.

Virtual communication,people use to communicate with each other when they can’t be face to face. It favors the ability to see and hear one another in real time, simulating the experience of a physical visit. For example,
Virtual classrooms
