Hi... I have a bit file which I use to program FPGA using iMPACT.. but now I want to program FPGA using my GUI Interface I dont want to open iMPACT or install iMPACT on other PC's is it possible to download bit file directly by using c++ coding... any example or material is highly welcomed..

You haven't told us how the FPGA configuration interface is connected to the board and whether there is a connection to whatever is running your GUI interface.

If your idea is to run the Xilinx cable directly, good luck. I'm pretty certain the protocol they use to drive the JTAG configuration pod is proprietary and you'll have to reverse engineer it from monitoring the USB or you will have to get something like a Corellis and have your GUI send out SVF files. I know there are some test automation tools that allow you to interface to a server/driver for a JTAG master controller.
