What's next think i need to learn to become complex real time chip designer ?
 

Isn't that up to you to decide what you want to do for the rest of your working life? If that is what you want to do then that is what you should learn.

You can try CDAC-Pune, RV-VLSI-Bangalore or Sandeepani-Bangalore for courses and diplomas in VLSI frontend & backend..
