What is useful_skew? How does it help in achieving timing.

If anybody has relevant paper on useful_skew , please can u upload that.

Hi,
I think USEFUL SKEW in the SKEW in clock to achieve greater frequency
and without the former it would be impossible to have (without setup time violation).
