I want to design 24 Volt DC (2 nos of 12 volt batteries in series) to 580 volt DC supply using UC3856 and IR2010S
4 nos of MOSFET in h bridge form, MOSFET should be low RDs on as 2.2 mili ohms
chips with the chopper transformer
ideas and help is required

In simple theory this sounds like what you wish to do.

Notice you cannot have more than about 1/10 ohm total resistance through all devices in the primary loop.

Of course you'll need to add control circuitry, etc.

You can replace the transistors with mosfets. You must determine which arrangement of N and P devices works best for you.

Thanks for your suggestion, I will use N-Channel MOSFET and probably IRF2804, 4 nos in full bridge. these are very low RDSon. operating frequency is 25 KHz.
