In my sim 900 module when i connect it to power supply only power led turns on. Network led is not even blinking. No response to AT Commands also. Can anyone tell whats the problem with it?

try different baud rates - I find many modern modems default to 115200baud
once you have communication you can check signal level with AT+CSQ etc

Not accepting any AT Command. Network LED and Status LED both remains off. only Power LED stays ON.

as horace1 said try different baud rates, some devices have default 38400 at first time use. once it starts responding you can set auto baud rate or 115200.
