How to genrate PAD file from Eagle

i have done design in eagle. so i decided to to give to make pcb. This is my first time so i don't know how to genrate require files to make PCB. after contacting manufacturer he told me too give three files film.
Silk layer, Bottom layer, and pad file for single side pcb.
i have genrated Silk layer, Bottom layer but don't know how to genrate pad file.
so help me to genrate this file. from eagle.
I have attached file example as given by him.

How are you generating the files? Doing image export?

Looking that image you have, looks like he wants the solder stop mask layer. In Eagle there are two layers, tStop e bStop. As your design is single sided, I think you'll need just the bStop layer.
 

Yes i was tried this it is comes as inverted as i want.

anyone know this please?
tell me how to genrate pcb like posted in #1 post.
I can generate pcb like shown in #3.
is there any .ulp to run.
or something else.
