Hi All,

I try to remove old route in Eagle but I could not. I use "delete" but it gives error which you can see in below picture with yellow arrow.

**broken link removed**

Another issue is about "ground plane". When I close and open the file, ground plane disappear. When I click the "ratsnest" button, ground plane apears again. How is "ground plane" made permanent? And how can I switch ground plane off and on for a short time?

Regards.

1. use "Rip up" option for removing the track.
2. for hiding ground plane go to layer setting and click on that particular layer and give ok.

@Kick, thanks.

1- I could not use "Rip Up" command for removing the track. I closed the eagle pcb without save and opened again. Track (or route mark) disappeared by itself.

2- It is not about the layer settings. Because every layer (top and bottom) has it 's own GND plane. I tried "ripup gnd" command it worked. It deleted inside of the polygon.

Regards.

so the problem is solved???

Yes problem is solved. But I do not understand that why track (route mark) appears and why I could not delete it.

Thanks for your help.

Regards.

Because you didn't delete the connection in the schematic. First you delete the connection in schematic and try it.
