Hi guys,

I have been searching for hours on this and cant seem to find a site to source a specific barrel connector for a project.

I want to integrate a foot pedal into a lotos ltp500d plasma cutter torch connection. Its a 3 pin barrel connector. I figured I would just make an inline connection through a footpedal if I could find the connectors. Attached is a picture of the dimensions as measured with digital calipers in imperial, metric and nearest fraction.

Anyone have any tips or tricks on where to source matching connectors?
Any help appreciated, thanks

Hi Brad, thanks for the response.

I have been going through dozens of spec sheets. XLR, DIN, milspec and a couple more i forget the names of didnt match.

I just ordered a CNX-505 without spec sheet as a bit of a hail mary.

I can risk 10 bucks. If it doesnt mate, but can handle the current, (12awg) then I will just order a second set and replace the existing connectors on/in the machine. Better to cut losses than endlessly searching the net I guess.

just as a quick note for anyone finding this thread through a search, these plugs are a match.
