Hey guys

do you know any program so I can draw power electronics circuits? I was using Autocad to perform this, but I think it is not the ideal one.

You can draw circuits with any of a whole bunch of tools.
Your choice probably depends on where you want to go
from there.

If you want to do circuit design and optimization with a
SPICE simulator, LTSpice can't be beat (especially for the
price of free). But you'll have to change horses, to go to
PCB layout.

If you are just transcribing a circuit, and need to lay it out,
several PCB houses have free schematic front end, PCB
layout backend tools. PCB123, is one I recall (but have not
used). Sunstone sends me marketing emails all the time,
I'm sure you can find more with your friend Mr. Googlez.
Ask him "PCB layout schematic software free" or something.

Hi, There is free plugin for AutoCAD for calculating total lengths of cables.

MeteorSpec has an editable Data Library, which means that you can always have a set of cables that you need for your work.

MeteorSpec can generate reports as specifications (summarized lengths per cable type) or as explications (list of all cables with detailed information).

use cst software and choose statics and low frequency-power electronics.
