Does anyone knows what is differ each DCT values?

Hi.

I have question about DCT.
as i know the DCT have 8x8 coefficients. and 1th value means DC(frequency is 0).

Then, i just want to know about frequency between 2th and 3rd.
Does any way what how to know between frequencies?
