[SOLVED] Model & non-model Parts in Pspice

Hello
Why should we have a non Pspice model component in Pspice?(for example Diode in Design Cache library)

and why when I added "MbreakN3" mosfet model from breakout.olb doesn't have w/L parameters?

MbreakN parts have W,L parameters. See the attributes (as in attached image). You can make them visible on canvas by selecting the property and choosing display option.

Any part visible in design cache must have been added to the project in past. Anything you add to design gets cached in the deesign cache (even though you delete it from canvas).
