Hello,
Please suggest me some IC names of Bipolar ADCs that gives digital output with precision of 2 to 3 decimal points.
Example:If input is 6.125 ADC output should be "00000110.001"
Please reply me as soon as possible.

it looks like you are looking for a 12bit ADC, e.g. if your input voltage range is -10 to +10vols 12 bits should give your a precision of approx 5mVolts
what is you input voltage range and what precision do you require? how many ADC channels?

I require either 12bit/16 bit IC and Voltage levels should be variable depending on the Vdd that we connect.
Suppose if we connect 120 volts Vdd,its Input Range should be -10V to +10V:If supply is 10v its range should be -5V t0 +5V.
Precision can be 3 to 4 decimal points.

there are plenty of microcontrollers with 12bit ADCs and some with 16bit, e.g. using a tool like Microchip's product selector would show you suitable devices (use ADC Mode 1 bits to select the number of bits on channel1)

you would need external analogue circuits to convert to voltage levels suitable for input to the microcontroller

or you use an external ADC and connect it via SPI or I2C to a microcontroller, e.g.

But I should give that output to a fpga ,and my project is mainly on fpga,as Its input is real time analog signal I should take more precise Bipolar Ic For ADC so that interfacing will be simple.
 

Now you are posting about this same subject in this forum.

Here go read this ADC comparison. . Based on this being for audio (speech) you'll probably want to go with a Sigma Delta ADC to get that <(100uV to 1mV) resolution you desire (3-4 digits after the decimal point) as you aren't trying to sample your input at much more than 44 KHz.

Not sure why you need so much resolution though, recognizable speech doesn't need anywhere near that resolution. An 8-bit ADC would probably work fine if you don't care so much about the fidelity of resulting speech.
