Absolute maximum ratings are missing from the datasheet of this digital isolator?

Page 19 gives absolute maximum ratings for everything including input voltage.
They do not give recommended input voltage, instead they give the voltages that it begins to detect a high or a low. It is probably Cmos so why not give it Cmos normal input voltages that are Vcc and ground as shown on page 8?
